It's summer...it's hot...it's steamy...so obviously it's time for Splosh/WAM night at Kinx!!!!
Yes, it's that time of the year again, where we get down and dirty and sloshy and sticky and covered in gunk and custard and...ooh, someone turn that tap and hose me down!
Our Splosh event is always very popular so get your cozzies out, bring along a change of clothes, and come join in the fun. Just don't eat the custard – you know where it's been (and so do we!).
Thursday 9th September 2010 - Back to School
'School's Out Forever'...so sang Alice Cooper. Well, think again Alice, because school's well and truly back here at Kinx. So pull up those regulation socks, pick up those protractors, and report to Kinx for some educational play that's definitely NOT on the national curriculum!
Whether you're a headmaster, a teacher, or a pupil, get your gear on and get over to the Kinx assembly on Thursday 9th September. And if you're naughty enough, you'll be sorted out in detention...
Thursday 14th October 2010 - Birthday Bash - We are 3 !
Yep, Kinx is another year older. Wiser?...maybe. Kinkier?...absolutely! Come and join the celebratory fun and share the yummy cake with us. We're holding our annual fund-raising auction for Willen Hospice too, plus all the night's door profits are being donated to them, so it's winners all round!
Thursday 11th November 2010 - Uniforms
UNIFORM n. 1. A distinctive outfit intended to identify those who wear it as members of a specific group."
'Distinctive' is the operative word here. Oh, and 'outfit' of course! So, what we want for this month's Kinx is people in distinctive outfits with a uniform theme Police (Mistress M's favourite), nurse (Dave the Door's favourite), traffic warden (nobody's favourite), soldier, sailor, pilot, fireman, medic...the list is limited only by your imagination! And if your imagination extends to raising hemlines and lowering necklines way beyond usual uniform regulations, well, feel free to raise and lower as much as you want.
Dressing up for the theme is optional of course, so you'll still be allowed in if you don't - but we love it when you do!
*The wearer of the outfit which wows the Kinx crew most wins a bottle of wine and free entry for the December Kinx*
